1996 - Start of Production Services / First Machinery Investment
1998 - Moving to New Production Area and making new investments for Production Infrastructure
1999 - The first Semi Automatic SMD Placement Machine was invested and SMD Placement Services, a new technology, started to be provided.
2000 - With the investment of the first Fully Automatic SMD Assembly Line, the SMD Assembly Service capacity was increased and the Mechanical Assembly line was commissioned and the Mechanical Assembly service started to be provided.
2001 - Moving to New Production Area and Increasing the Number of SMD Assembly Lines
2004 - Moving to New Production Area and Increasing the Number of SMD Lines
2005 - Establishment and Certification of ISO 9001 Quality Management System / Completing the process of compliance with the European Union RoHS Directive and making the necessary investments and starting RoHS compliant production
2007 - Establishment of Far East Offices
2008 - Signing a Supplier Agreement with NETAS and starting production as an approved manufacturer of NORTEL - NETAS. Making necessary investments in production infrastructure in order to increase the production capacity of Defense Industry and Telecommunication products. Fully automatic Screen Printer, SPI, X-RAY, ICT, Wave Solder and Nitrogenous Production Environment investments. Transition to nitrogenous production.
2009 (First 6 Months) - With the start of hiring a Certified IPC Trainer within the company, became the first company in its scale, in terms of transferring electronic production standards directly to all employees
2009 (Second 6 Months) - Moving to our current 6000 m² New Production Area and transitioning to Lean / Lean Production
2010 - AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) / Investing in Automatic Optical Control and Automatic Conformal Coating Machine / Acceptance and completion of our project submitted to TÜBITAK.
2011 - Won TUBITAK BILGEM Tender / Investment in ESS Environmental Test Cabinet
2012 - First production for HAVELSAN
2014 - First production for ROKETSAN
2016 - Making the first productions for ASELSAN / PCBA Washing Machine investment / Approval and start of the Technology Product Investment Support Program Project of the Ministry of Industry and Technology / Approval of the KOSGEB KOBIGEL Project and starting the project / Approval of the KOSGEB - SME Project Support Program Project and starting the project
2017 - ASELSAN selected OME as a subcontractor at 4.5G Project for card assembly and production started / Press Fit Investment and establishment of MIL - STD Production area for IPC Class 3 products
2018 - Establishment of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 18001: 2008 Quality Management Systems in our company and transition to "Integrated Management System".
2019 - Participation to Turkish Republic Presidency - Defense Industry Directorate’s EYDEP (Industrial Competence Assessment Project) project and obtaining our certificate by qualifying for the EYDEP Certificate.
Increasing the hourly SMD component assembly capacity to 750,000 cph (chip / hour) with the commissioning of new production lines. Investing in high precision process control devices such as new 3D AOI / 3D SPI / 3D XRAY CT Analysis and PCBA washing machine
